Basics of Footwear Making
In the process of making shoes, paper plates are the foundation, but merely mastering them is not enough. Only by thoroughly understanding the technical parameters can we better control the quality. For instance, the thickness of the peel at the back seam is not only related to aesthetics but also affects the comfort of wearing. The on-site cadres' guidance, although sometimes strict, their goal was to ensure that every pair of shoes met the highest standards. These technical details are directly related to the quality and wearing comfort of the shoes.
In the manufacturing process, the treatment requirements for different parts vary. For instance, when cutting the toe of a shoe, it is necessary to ensure that the width is 8mm and the thickness is controlled at 0.8mm. Special attention should be paid. If the upper part of the shoe is too thick, it may cause the upper part to sprout easily before exercise. However, if it is too thin, it may result in no tensile force, making the upper of the shoe prone to damage. During the manufacturing process, the thickness and width of different parts are controlled by the slightest difference, and the result may affect the comfort and durability of the finished product.
Technical Parameters and Operational Details
【 Main Operation Steps】
From the upper material preparation, sewing, fabric application, glue application to the inner lining joining, PU inner lining application, and back upper treatment, each step has its strict operation norms and precautions. During this process, when sewing the waist upper, the stitch pitch should be maintained at 13-14 stitches per inch. At the toe of the shoe opening upper, two stitches should be sewn in reverse, and it is necessary to ensure that the edge pitch is 2mm. When attaching the fleece fabric, a thin layer of white glue should be evenly sprayed first, and then the fleece fabric should be attached about 7.5mm away from the shoe opening. When spraying the glue, it is necessary to ensure that the thickness is moderate and uniform.
【 Important Steps in the production Process 】
During the manufacturing process, it is very important to ensure that the needle pitch, edge pitch, thickness of the glue are uniform and their positions are correct. For instance, when pasting the inner lining of pu, one should first apply glue and pay attention to the position where the non-woven fabric is pasted on the back. Specifically, the distance from the shoe opening should be 8mm, the distance from the upper foot should be 4mm, and the distance from the first line should be 1mm. Make sure the connection of the ear part is precise and the lines at the back are neat.
When tapping the back side, make sure the tapping is even and smooth. At the same time, note that glue should be applied before tapping. This is because if it is not properly tapped or the glue is not applied, marks may be left on the back side, affecting its appearance. In addition, key steps also include carefully checking the 楦头 number on the upper and inside of the shoe during the finishing process to ensure that the left and right feet are correct.
Through a comprehensive analysis from the basics to technical details, we can better understand the complexity of footwear production and the pursuit of high quality, and thus strive for excellence in actual operation to ensure that each pair of shoes has outstanding comfort and durability.
